Update

Well I have finally updated a few things. There will be more to come. Have fun. They are not in order but look down and you will see what has been going on in our lives.

Geoffrey was really excited about his birthday party this year. He had a really hard time deciding what he wanted for his party. At first it was super heroes and then at the last minute he decided he wanted to do Transformers

We rented a bounce house for the kids to play with.

They had a blast. Geoffrey was really happy with his party he had a blast. I can not believe he is 4 years old and he is getting so big and he is such a sweet boy. He says the funniest things and can always make you laugh. We love him very much and are so happy that he is in our family.

Mercedes Soccer

It's soccer time again. Mercedes is playing soccer again and she is loving it and doing really really well this year. Her coach does a really good job with the kids and he is even teaching them offense and defence. The team decided on the name Stars.

MERCEDES IS IN SCHOOL

Well I finally have a kid in school and she loves it. I have to addmit I cried when we left. She was so ready and so excited. She always asks why she can not have school on saturday too. I hope this lasts

This was the first morning that she took the bus. She loves riding the bus. Everytime that I say i'm picking her up or taking her to school she does not like it. She loves the bus. She has a really nice bus driver and fun kids that she rides with.

There she goes off to school. She is growing up way to fast.

Fun Run

This summer Mercedes was really intersted in running while Geoff was running. So Geoff decided to take her in the morning with him. She would get up at 7 and run with him every morning and then they decided to work up to do a fun run which is 1 mile long. She was really excited about this. We got her new shoes and some workout clothes and they got started. They ran in our neighborhood which is pretty hilly. The day of the race came and Mercedes was so excited. It was a very Hot and Humid morning.

After the race all of the kids were given a metal that ran in the race.

She did a very good job for how hot it was. She never stoped running the whole time. I was very proud of her.

Mercedes has started dance and she loves it. She is taking a Ballet and Tap Combo class and is doing really well. She is always dancing around the house. The best thing is right now my sister Stephanie is with us and she took dance for a while so she has been helping her with her poses and mercedes loves it. This is her first year in dance and she is doing really well. She listens to the teacher and really loves it.

Can't you tell that she loves it.

OK i'm finally up to date. Don't forget to scroll down. I have put probally about 10 new posts. Hope you enjoy and I will be better at keeping this up to date. The next thing will probally be the move which takes place in about 2 weeks and i can not wait.

Crafts I've Been working on

Well Geoff has been gone for 3 weeks doing some training so I have been working on some projects once the kids go to bed. It has been alot of fun. Everytime I start working on something Mercedes wants to be my little helper.

Here is what my Kitchen table has looked like for the past 3 weeks.

My little helper. This day i decided to let her have some fun with my scraps that were to small to keep. Well by the time she was done they were all in little tiny pieces but she had a blast.

These are the fabrics i'm using for Mercedes new Quilt for her bed in the new house. Check back later to see the finished project.

This is the finished project. I can not wait until we finally get to the new house only 2 more weeks. In the new house I have my very own room so no more mess on the table anymore.

Andrew thinks this is the way to sit in the swing. Everytime that he is in there i always find him like this and then when i look at him he gets the biggest smile on.

He thinks he is being funny already. I think I'm going to be in trouble with this one.

Christmas 2010

This Christmas was really layed back for us. It was just us and we loved it. The kids got up around 8 which was late for them. They really thought it was cool how all of a sudden there were alot more presents under the tree.
